• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by genuine physical game events (card deals, roulette spins, dice throws). xp768 does not influence game outcomes.
• Bets accepted and confirmed by the xp768 system are binding. It is your responsibility to verify your selections before confirming any wager.
• xp768 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, incorrectly priced market, or system malfunction. If such a void occurs, the stake will be returned to your account balance.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each market or game are displayed within the relevant interface. xp768 may adjust limits at any time.

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, engage in any of the following activities in connection with your use of xp768:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.

xp768 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and, where sufficient evidence exists, to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s), void all associated bets and bonus winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

All content on the xp768 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of xp768 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xp768 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the xp768 platform or its content without the prior written consent of xp768.

xp768 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. xp768's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your xp768 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xp768 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that enable players to manage their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered xp768 account holders from within their account settings:
